Seacliff SPR (Swim•Paddle•Run) is modelled on the Ironman or Triathalon formula, the Seacliff SPR is an event that encompasses swimming, paddling and running disciplines.
We are offering a range of race course formats aiming to encourage all ages and abilities, including:
Our premier event open to individual and team competitors, male and female 16 years and older. Course: 1km Swim, 5km Ski/Kayak/SUP Paddle, 5km run.
For Surf Life Saving Junior athletes from ages 10 to 15 years as individuals and teams. Course: U11-U13 500m Swim, 1 km board Paddle, 1 km Run. U14-U15: 1 km Swim, 2 km Paddle, 2km run.
Calling all runners, joggers, speed walkers and anyone who loves to be part of something wonderful. The R5K Beach Fun Run is a 5km route that starts on the beach directly in front of the Seacliff Surf Life Saving Club. Participants will run along the beach to the Brighton Jetty, then head up onto the foreshore and follow the coastal track back and up the “zig-zag”. At the top of the zig zag you then head east over to the bush track that will take you back down to the Seacliff Surf Life Saving Club.
The S1K is open to competitors of all ages.
