Seacliff is unique in that it encourages everyone at all levels and that we have one of the most family orientated atmospheres in Australian Surf Clubs.

My favourite memories are many! As far as competition goes, I have great memories of being the first club captain to win the Rose Bowl, which is awarded to the club that wins the most points at a Senior State Titles. Another memorable moment for me would be being smuggled into Memorial Drive by my older mates who were bouncers at the Rolling Stones concert. My mum thought that i was at the drive in! I have been part of dozens of touring teams and have loved being a successful competitor for Seacliff at both a state and national level. The best after party at the Aussies was at Seacliff in the 80’s after Moana where we packed downstairs full of high profile athletes who partied the night away. I have loved competing, watching our daughter successfully race as well as coaching nippers and seniors for many many years, some who have been very successful State and National champions. One of the best things about being part of Seacliff are the true friends that I have made that I will remember forever. It’s a great club to be part of.”
