Training
Training is underway in a range of disciplines
Running / Circuit - Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:00pm ...all ages and abilities welcome
Skis
Beginners - Saturday 8am with Craig Brooks & Shannon Welk ....all abilities & ages (from U17s) welcome
Experienced - Monday & Wednesday at 5:30 with Moose
Boards
Seniors - Tuesday & Thursday at 5pm with Sarah & Bly
Juniors - Fridays from 5-6pm with Bly
Iron Person - Wednesdays at 5:30pm with Keelo
...for U10s to U21s
Boats - 6 crews are training at various times across the week
MarchPast
Seniors - every Saturday at 3pm
Juniors - every Saturday at 12:30pm
R&R
Juniors - U14 5 person - Saturday at 12:30pm, at Junior training location
